A UC Berkeley College Counseling certified professional, she specializes in building customized college lists and has helped students gain acceptance to Cornell and other Ivy League institutions, securing over $5 million in merit aid and scholarships. Founder of InspireYouth, a 501(c)3 nonprofit empowering youth and fostering leadership.

Anusha transitioned from Human Resources to Teacher Training and brings over 8 years of experience empowering educators and students alike. As a certified Montessori trainer, she tailors instruction to meet individual student needs, fostering a collaborative and compassionate learning environment. She has trained over 200 successful teachers and excels at identifying student abilities and nurturing their full potential.

A dedicated Psychology Lecturer specializing in helping students apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations. Her blended learning approach creates deeper understanding — connecting academic knowledge to practical, actionable outcomes. She leads program coordination and student support, ensuring every student stays on track and has what they need throughout the program.

Alyssa is a licensed psychometrician and psychologist-in-training with extensive experience in both clinical and educational settings. She has guided students through emotional, academic, and career challenges while also teaching psychology at the college level. With a background in special education therapy and a neurodiversity-affirmative approach to inclusive education, Alyssa brings both empathy and expertise to supporting students and families. Currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University, she leads with compassion, evidence-based strategies, and a deep commitment to helping every student unlock their full potential.

Smrutha is a Student Success Advisor with a real talent for uncovering a student's unique strengths and translating them into standout essays and resumes. She works closely with all kinds of learners — including neurodiverse students and students with learning disabilities — to make the college application process feel less overwhelming and more achievable. Known for keeping students accountable and motivated, she ensures no deadline slips through the cracks. Her students have collectively won over $15 million in scholarships through her guidance and personalized support.
